Marketing Coordinator

About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the team. He/she will be responsible for all things marketing and project management, and will work with management.

Responsibilties:

• Marketing videos / pictures + professional photography (managing and arranging this process)
• Project Management
• Liaise and working closely with the Digital Agency
• Social Media Calendar
• Administrative follow-ups and feedback
• Content review
• Website 'management' - WordPress experience would help but not mandatory
• Print Media - coordinate and manage
• Manage designers / printers
• Update / Improve / Innovate (leaflets for customer invoices)
• Social Media trends and ideas to drive business, manage this and coordinate with the agency.
• Reps clothing and branding, PPE
• Corporate Image / ID

Client Success Manager Activities:

• Client site visits
• CRM & Database Management
• Quick Client experience questionnaire
• Reviewing the invoicing system
• Invite Company Reviews
• Encourage Referrals
• Provide Internal Feedback
• Systems improvements / Training
