JOB DESCRIPTION
This Marketing Coordinator role within Foschini will hold the CRM portfolio and is instrumental in executing campaigns aligned to the business strategic objectives. The role will sit within Foschini, across Beauty and Fashion
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with broader team to understand business & marketing objectives, and how those translate into direct marketing campaigns that meet customer expectations
- Work with central TFG CRM and Bash teams to understand the customer and identify key opportunities and segments to communicate to for best ROI
- Interrogate the campaign plan to understand what is required from a data, technology, and design perspective to successfully execute direct marketing communications across channels
- Personalise content for varied marketing channels to target specific Customer segments for direct marketing strategies
- Execute direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, according to the agreed brief within deadline & budget
- Coordinate, test and execute the communication per channel (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Paid, Social Media etc) as per the agreed schedule and within SLA
- Conduct post campaign analysis and report back the campaign performance
- Use campaign results and analysis to influence and improve future direct marketing campaign performance
- Assist Brand Manager with the briefing and coordination of monthly campaign content for in-store, digital channels and activations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Marketing Degree
- 3-4 years Marketing coordination experience, with particular emphasis on CRM or customer research or direct marketing
- Retail experience advantageous
Skills:
- A critical and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively, can comfortably influence, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strength in building out Marketing Strategies & strategic thinking
- Sound business acumen and strong budget management
- Excellent project management skills & detail oriented
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365
- Passion to be a part of a leading fashion & beauty brand
