About the position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator & Administrator / PA to support our marketing activities and executive team on the East Rand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, administration, or similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in social media platforms and content tools
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Able to travel for events and trade shows as required
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
- Manage and update all company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule engaging content in line with brand strategy
- Assist with the design and distribution of marketing materials (digital and print)
- Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists
Event & Travel Coordination
- Coordinate and attend trade shows and exhibitions as a company representative
- Organize and manage logistics for trade shows and marketing events (travel, setup, stock, etc.)
- Arrange company functions and client events (venues, invitations, catering, etc.)
- Book flights, accommodation, and transport for staff and management
- Handle visa applications and necessary travel documentation
Administration & PA Duties
- Provide executive-level personal assistant support to management
- Maintain diaries, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence
- Ensure accurate filing and document control
- Assist with general office administrative tasks as required
