Organised and proactive, you excel at juggling multiple projects, engaging with stakeholders across all levels, and consistently delivering polished, impactful marketing materials. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll play a central role in supporting both internal and external marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will span across event coordination, content creation, and digital marketing. You will assist in developing ad hoc campaigns, support client-facing teams with branded materials, and manage external communications such as social media, websites, and email campaigns via Mailchimp. Your design skills will come into play with desktop publishing tasks, and you'll maintain and update the company's digital presence, including the website and SharePoint dashboards. You'll be involved in corporate events, assist with bulk mailings, and help ensure the brand image is consistently and professionally represented. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a leading player in the wealth management and financial advisory sector, known for their innovative and personalised approach to client service. With a strong commitment to excellence and continuous growth, they foster a collaborative culture where team members are empowered to contribute ideas and make meaningful impacts. For the first 3 months, this will be purely office based in Claremont. Thereafter there is 1 day work from home. The hours provide flexible options. The company often has of events and gatherings and do drinks once a month as well as a get together once every quarter. The company is highly professional with top clientele and an environment that is process driven so you will need to enjoy working in a structured environment. However, there is a big family feel. What you'll need We're looking for someone with a Marketing Tertiary qualification and ideally 3 years of experience in generalist marketing, covering digital marketing, branding, event management, and copywriting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva (or equivalent design software), and Mailchimp is required. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, creativity, editorial abilities, and strong project management skills will ensure your success in this role. They're big on accountability and someone that has that same drive will fit in well. We're looking for a positive, energetic, "can do" attitude where no task is too big or small. You will receive a market related salary which has a provident fund contribution. Annual leave days are 15 per annum, after your first year of employment your leave days accumulate by 1 day per year till maximum 20 days.
