Our client is looking to employ Marketing Assistant in Southern Suburbs_Cape Town
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing and brand plans.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions. Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
- Maintain marketing data, records, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with digital marketing and social media activities.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and market trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant Marketing or Business Diploma/Degree, including Digital Marketing is essential
- Minimum of 3 years in a busy and responsible office-based role.
- Previous experience within a sales, marketing, distribution, or consumer products environments would be advantageous
- Valid Drivers and own transport is a must!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Must successfully achieve 60% or higher in an Excel competency assessment.
