About the position

DBN000196 – Marketing Assistant – Ballito

Purpose of the Job: 

To support marketing activities and ensure consistent brand representation across all retail stores and communication platforms.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Matric (essential)
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing
  • Experience in a marketing or retail environment (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools

Technical Competencies & Experience: 

  • Assist in implementing marketing and social media strategies
  • Create and manage engaging content across platforms and the website
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and in-store materials
  • Maintain content calendars and customer databases
  • Liaise with suppliers and store managers
  • Monitor engagement and respond to customer queries
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels
