Marketing Assistant

About the position

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic student recruitment team within a well-established institution in the education sector.

In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end marketing and sales process — from capturing prospective student data to assisting with campaign reporting and supporting student recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and maintain prospective student records and applications within internal systems (SIS).
• Allocate and track leads, applications, and campaign data in collaboration with the Head of Student Recruitment.
• Ensure the integrity of marketing and funnel data across all platforms, supporting reporting needs and sales analytics.
• Review and quality-check marketing collateral, including digital forms and factsheets.
• Assist Student Advisors with database-related administration and correspondence.
• Follow up on applications, outstanding documentation, issued offers, and pre-registration payments.
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment events like open days and information evenings.
• Handle call-outs to prospective students during peak periods to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with various team members to ensure service level agreements are met and reporting tools are up to date.
• What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience in an administrative, marketing, or student recruitment environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in using student information systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
