Marketing Assistant

About the position

Marketing Assistant required for a reputable manufacturing company based in East London , Eastern Cape

Requirements:

• 1-2 years Marketing experience 
• Having some knowledge of graphic design software : Adobe Photoshop or Canva
• Strong social media skills
• Understanding the target audience and their needs is essential for effective marketing
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently
• Ability to contribute ideas and assist in the development of marketing materials
• Strength in marketing software and tools like CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools

Responsibilities 

• Assisting in the planning and execution of events, such as product launches, trade shows, or promotional events
• Helping to manage social media accounts by, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages
• Assisting the graphic designer with assets in order to successfully create content
• Provide additional community management support when required
