Marketing Assistant

About the position

A well-established company located on the East Rand is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team!
Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience

Software Packages: Adobe Suite

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

• Graphic design, create and update all sales and marketing assets.
• Social media, understand the basis of Meta and how to utilize their cross platforms abilities.
• Responsible for updating and managing the databases within the companies IP. 
• Capturing all third-party project reports and updates from relevant team [URL Removed] event mailers, after an event capture and update databases (passing on any additional requests to relevant people).
• Update the POPIA databases.
• Capture all internal leads.
• Online event registration, capture, filter, and report.
• General marketing admin work.
• Population and generation of reports on database effectiveness.
• Print and Digital from design to final production.
• Brief design to be supplied or transcribed. Technical Data Sheets (TDS), updating or creating new TDS.
• Arrange contractors’ workshops.
• Support the National Marketing Manager in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing set objectives, planning, and organizing promotional presentations, and updating event details.
