Job Description
- Translate corporate strategy into a marketing and communications strategy and implement it as part of the overall business plan
- Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies in conjunction with corporate communications and management for relevant business units
- Manage the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Brief and manage external agencies (where applicable) to implement communications strategy activities
- Manage press releases and ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging
- Source quotations, process purchase orders, and manage the marketing and communications budget
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, lobbyists, and key customers
- Apply general project management principles in the execution of daily project work
- Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years’ proven experience in a marketing and communications role
- Senior-level proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of SharePoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, social media platforms, Mailchimp, Sway, FrontPage, WordPress, and advanced MS Office Suite
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality marketing support
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment
