Key Duties:

• Consumer-Centric Brand Activation: Develop and execute strategies focused on engaging consumers across various touchpoints.
• Marketing Data and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and enhance consumer engagement.
• Integrated Brand Activation Planning: Define and execute integrated plans for brand activation across multiple channels.
• Brand Objectives Definition: Set clear brand objectives, growth equations, and strategies aligned with consumer challenges.
• Touchpoint Relevance Identification: Identify and leverage relevant touchpoints to maximise consumer engagement and brand impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
• 8 year of portfolio management and brand activation experience
• Experience leading teams and agencies
• High proficiency level in integrated planning and marketing effectiveness through deep knowledge of CI and touchpoints
• High level of data and analytics (marketing/touch point ROI)
• Strong business acumen
• Fluent in activation expertise
• Consumer, shopper and market insights
• Creative thinking
• Highly collaborative, curious and agile
• Strong project and stakeholder management
