Job Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to promote and grow an established birdseed brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships and expanding the brand's market presence.
The position is based at a farm head office approximately 30 km outside Middelburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the birdseed brand and its product offering.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
• Identify new markets, sales channels and business opportunities.
• Target wholesalers, retailers, pet shops and breeders.
• Present products confidently to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' relevant sales and/or industry experience.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Innovative, commercially minded and customer-focused.
• Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Passionate about customer relationships and building a premium brand.

Location
The position is based at a farm head office approximately 30 km outside Middelburg, Mpumalanga. Candidates must be comfortable working in a farm-based environment.
