Key Responsibilities
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media posts that align with the company's brand identity.
- Create compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide timely updates on project statuses.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and design to ensure the company remains competitive.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate Degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and design best practices.
Desired Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing and design, preferably in a product-focused industry.
- Proven experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Experience in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
