Manufacturing Executive

About the position

Background:

• Leading manufacturing company is looking a Manufacturing Executive to oversee all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Operations Management, Business Management or a related field
• 5 - 10 Years executive management experience within a production or fabrication setting
• HVAC and refrigeration exposure advantageous
• Must have strong strategic and business acumen skills
• Strong leadership, data analysis, and technical problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations for the company
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
• Involved in commercial and strategic business/commercial decisions with Executive
• Control departmental budgets and coordinate inventory with Procurement
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet Customer demands
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Managers and Workers to achieve production targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with Suppliers and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing Principles to optimize workflow and minimize waste
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative manufacturing practices
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on manufacturing performance, goals, and strategies
