About the position
As a Managing Partner, you will be the face of SAI in your sector – a thought leader, trusted advisor, and growth catalyst.You will leverage your industry reputation, CXO relationships, and sector expertise to drive business development, thought leadership, and large-scale AI adoption in your vertical. This role is designed for distinguished leaders – either currently serving in CXO/Board positions or retired leaders with strong credibility – who can drive vertical business growth targets while shaping the AI future of their sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sectoral Business Leadership
- Own the P&L growth of your vertical within the School of AI.
- Drive AI consultancy, transformation projects, and skilling programs in your sector.
- Leverage your CXO-level network to unlock marquee partnerships and projects.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy
- Act as a sector ambassador for AI adoption and digital transformation.
- Represent SAI in industry forums, boards, and government/sector committees.
- Publish insights, whitepapers, and perspectives on AI trends in your sector.
Strategic Client Engagement
- Build trusted advisory relationships with CXOs, Boards, and policymakers.
- Guide enterprises on their AI strategy, workflow automation, and capability building.
- Open doors for large-scale AI transformation projects and co-create value.
Organizational Leadership
- Mentor the consulting and delivery teams with sectoral insights and strategic direction.
- Partner with SAI leadership to shape the vision, growth, and market positioning.
- Bring credibility and visibility to the School of AI as a partner of choice for enterprises.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 25–30+ years in senior leadership roles (CXO/Board/MD/Business Head).
- Industry Standing: Recognized sector thought leader with strong visibility in industry forums.
Background:
- CXO/Ex-CXO of top companies in BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/Tech, Retail, or Energy.
- Or retired industry stalwarts with strong credibility and networks.
Expertise:
- Deep understanding of industry transformation and emerging role of AI.
- Ability to articulate AI’s business value to Boards and CXOs.
- Network: Extensive relationships with top-tier corporates, associations, and regulators.
- Persona: Visionary, strategic, collaborative, and highly respected in their sector.
Performance Metrics:
- Revenue growth in the assigned sector vertical.
- CXO relationships activated and partnerships secured.
- Large-scale AI transformation deals closed.
