Managing Executive

About the position

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Managing Executive to lead and grow its Corporate Education division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customising leadership education programmes for corporate clients, driving revenue growth, managing budgets and leading a high-performing team.

This is a strategic leadership role suited to an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate consulting, business development and team management, with the ability to translate client needs into impactful learning solutions and sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Consulting & Customisation
• Engage with corporate clients to understand their leadership development needs and customise training programmes accordingly.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate sector.


• Revenue & Budget Management


• Drive revenue generation by meeting and exceeding both individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for business growth.


• Team Leadership & Development


• Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing team responsible for achieving business targets.
• Set clear performance metrics and create a results-oriented culture.


• Strategic Growth & Market Expansion


• Identify and seize opportunities to expand the reach of leadership education programmes.
• Develop partnerships with corporates to enhance business offerings.


• Operational Excellence & Attention to Detail


• Ensure all customised programmes are delivered with the highest level of quality and excellence.
• Monitor operational processes and implement improvements where necessary.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate consulting and designing leadership education programmes for corporates.
• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and business targets.
• Experience in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
• Senior management experience leading and growing teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong corporate relationships.
