The Opportunity

If you’re a builder who wants real control over growth, this role is for you. You’ll lead a high-impact Technology Division focused on off-site monitoring, smart surveillance, electronic security and SIoT solutions. You’ll have the space to make decisions, improve performance, and scale a business that matters.

This is a full-time, permanent role in Bruma, Johannesburg, offering R40 000 – R60 000 per month (CTC). You’ll work with enterprise clients, lead strong teams, and drive visible results. If you enjoy ownership, pressure, and progress, you’ll fit in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the strategy and growth plan for the Technology Division
  
  
• Drive year-on-year revenue growth and commercial expansion
  
  
• Oversee SLA service delivery, uptime, and monitoring performance
  
  
• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams
  
  
• Build strong relationships with major corporate accounts and partners
  
  

 

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in technology, electronic security, or high-growth B2B
  
  
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
  
  
• Strong knowledge of electronic security, surveillance systems, monitoring platforms, and SIoT
  
  
• Proven ability to scale a division, lead teams, and drive revenue growth
  
  
• Confident stakeholder management and calm decision-making under pressure
