About the position

Managing Director required for a well established company based on the East Rand
Minimum Education Required:
MBA qualification

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include conducting the overall management of the company, developing and implementing effective strategies and plans to achieve company’s goals and growth targets.
• Supervise and manage all departments including sales, marketing, human resources, inventory, supply chain, financial and customer services.
• A proven track record of successfully managing a company with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills and experience in the management of senior staff, employees, and HR matters.
• Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.
• Preparation of quarterly MD business reports.
• Maintaining and supporting “The four disciplines of Execution – 4DX programme.”
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
