We have been retained to find a Managing Director: Finance & Administration for our client's Southern Africa operations. This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious finance leader ready to step into a role with P&L responsibility.
Role
- Full accountability for Finance, Admin, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain
- ?Own and drive the regional P&L, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and growth
- ?This role reports directly to a Divisional Head at the European HQ
- ?Lead transformation and change management, positioning the business for future growth
- ?Engage and influence stakeholders across borders, keeping the business agile and aligned
Profile
- BCom Finance or CIMA essential; CA(SA) or Master's a strong advantage
- ?5+ years senior finance leadership in a multinational (industrial machinery, filling, or packaging)
- ?Track record of business transformation and growth, not just financial control
- ?Comfortable navigating complex, international organisations and diverse markets
- ?Resilient, decisive, and credible at board level
