Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Sasolburg trade branch and counter sales team.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure industrial gases and welding items are always in stock.
- Build and maintain great relationships with local trade customers and walk-in clients.
- Lead, support, and supervise branch personnel, counter staff, and local delivery drivers.
- Ensure the team follows standard safety protocols for handling gas cylinders and equipment.
- Coordinate local deliveries to make sure clients receive excellent and timely service.
What You Need to Apply
- Working knowledge of industrial gases, welding supplies, or engineering products.
- Practical knowledge of managing stock, branch logistics, or trade counter teams effectively.
- Experience dealing with buyers or decision-makers in the engineering and fabrication sectors.
- A valid driver's license and a positive, solution-driven attitude toward customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
