Treasury Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, cash management, financial reporting, and banking activities. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring cash flow, managing liquidity, preparing forecasts, and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Support payment processing and fund transfers
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Assist with foreign exchange (FX) transactions and exposure tracking
- Support debt management and investment activities
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and financial regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
- Assist with ERP/TMS systems and treasury process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of cash management and financial principles
- Experience with Excel and financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with systems such as Kyriba, SAP, Oracle, or dCompass
- Understanding of SWIFT, payments, and bank connectivity
- Knowledge of FX, loans, and investment instruments
- Experience in corporate treasury or banking environments
