Manager: Strategic Sourcing (Managed Care)

Large Managed Care organisation seeks to employ a suitably qualified Medical Professional to assist in the development and ongoing management of health risk management initiatives with a focus on the service provider networks and to engage with client schemes to implement the initiatives.

Key requirements:

• Strategic management experience within a Managed Care environment
• Extensive working experience within Medicine Management, Re-imbursement modelling (medicines and medical appliances), Tariff Negotiations and excellent knowledge of medicine trend management
• Development of products that meet the defined quality requirements
• Continuous review of ROI
• Representation of the organisation at scheme meetings and professional networks
• Financial Acumen, Change Management and Executive Business Writing Skills secures
• At least 10 years Managed Care experience at a Senior level
