Role Summary
Manages department to ensure maximum sales and promotions.
Ensures compliance to standards, regulations and sets plans to achieve targets/deadlines.
Manages stocks in order to maximise gross margins and profits.
Manages all aspects of hygiene and safety within the liquor store.
Requirements
Minimum requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
Previous experience in the Wine/Liquor department or experience in managing a department
