Manager Fuel & Convenience

About the position

We are looking for experienced Manager Fuel & Convenience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Fuel/Retail industry having managed a minimum of 20 staff members. Vacancies open in: Gauteng, Noth-West, Cape Town region, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape

Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, the successful candidate would be responsible for managing a fuel station, convenience store and quick service restaurant(s). This includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 5 years experience in fuel/retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with a high level of proficiency
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems
• Successful candidates must be willing to relocate nationally (in South Africa)

Salary structure is based on skills, qualifications and experience in the required industry as mentioned above.
