Manager - Business Solutions Support and Cash Supply Chain Coordination

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng / Hybrid

A leading blue chip financial services institution has a brilliant opportunity available for an experienced Manager - Business Solutions Support and Cash Supply Chain Coordination.

Position Overview:

The main purpose of this position is to manage the Business Solutions Support and Supply Chain functions within the Supply Chain Management Division to ensure the completion and settlement of daily financial transactions in the National Cash Management Industry and contribute to efficiencies within the supply chain operational environment.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, and processes.
  • Manage and lead the Business Solutions Support and Supply Chain Coordination functions.
  • Plan and manage the quality of the deliverables and workflows.
  • Drive and manage the implementation of systems changes and upgrades.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to the division's functions, address audit findings and ensure compliance with the relevant governance frameworks.
  • Provide input into the development of third-party legal agreements and contracts.
  • Manage relationships and the performance of strategic suppliers in line with the legal agreements and contracts.
  • Manage and encourage a performance culture.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A completed Honours degree in Computer Science or an equivalent NQF-8 qualification.
  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years' related IT experience in Supply Chain or Cash Management environment, of which 3 years is in a management role.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Supply Chain or National Cash Management Platforms.
