- FAIS Key Individual status + RE1 (non-negotiable – you gotta be legit)
- 5+ years owning the insurance broker/franchise game
- Proven black-belt in sales strategy, franchise development & broker relationship magic
- You speak “insurance legislation & compliance” fluently… but can still make it sound exciting at parties
- Leadership skills that turn teams into unstoppable forces
- Analytical brain + creative soul = dangerous (in the best way)
- CRM wizard + Microsoft Office ninja
- Tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Insurance or similar)
