What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) This is a varied role where you will oversee the full trainee accountant lifecycle, support recruitment activity and help co-ordinate audit resourcing. From managing SAICA training administration, contracts, reporting and trainee progress, to driving candidate sourcing, onboarding and career day involvement, your role will sit at the heart of the audit function. You will also assist with leave, overtime, payroll inputs, secondments and performance processes.
