Position for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE - 5-Star Game Reserve
ONE On-Site Housing included for the Couple
* NO Children or Pets due to the Size of the Housing
THE COUPLE POSITION WILL HAVE 2 SEPERATE FUNCTIONS:
POSITION ONE:
Lodge Manager/Guest Services/Admin
Dip/Degree Hospitality Management or Similar
Minimum 5 Years' experience in 4 or 5-Star Lodge
environment, experience in FOH,HR, Admin & Lodge
Operations
Welcome & Check in Guests
Manage Reservations, Cancellations & Guest Communications
Co-ordinate Guest activities, Bush experience & Special
occasions
Supervise Front-of House, Housekeeping
Prepare Rosters & Oversee Daily Tasks
Manage Stock Control/Lodge Consumables & Inventory
Monitor Infrastructure conditions and Co-ordinate with
Maintenance
Admin Duties:
Oversee Financial Processes, including Guest Billing/Petty Cash
& Invoicing
Ensure Booking accuracy (NightsBridge or Similar)
Procurement
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Assist in Lodge Marketing & Social Media updates - An
Advantage
POSITION 2:
Staff Management/Maintenance / Hosting
FGASA Level 2(NQF4), Full Trails Guide, ARH & Rifle
Handling Certification
Valid PDP & Driver's License
First Aid Certificate - VALID
MINIMUM 5 years' GUIDING experience, with proven BIG 5
expertise
Manage Team of 10 - 20 Lodge & Field Staff
Strong Leadership Skills
Maintain Lodge infrastructure, Gardens & Surroundings
Regular Vehicle Checks
Oversee All General Maintenance
Ensure Operational readiness of Equipment
CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
