Our client is a leading environmental services organisation based in Pretoria North, operating in a sector focused on sustainability, innovation and long-term impact. They're looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to become a key business partner to leadership and operational teams. You'll be responsible for driving management reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and decision support while helping the business evolve its reporting and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Deliver financial analysis and commercial insights to management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Develop meaningful dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting standards
• Support continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives
• Contribute to automation, AI adoption, and advanced analytics projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA (completed or in progress)
• 5+ years' post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting and business analysis
• Environmental services, industrial, engineering, utilities or related industry exposure advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Passion for technology, AI, automation and data-driven decision-making
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and commercial acumen
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
