What You'll Be Doing
As the Management Accountant, you'll support the Financial Manager and play a key role in keeping the organisation financially sharp.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly/quarterly results and management reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgets, track performance, and unpack variances.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting, ensuring accurate, timeous processing and smooth month-end close.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct cost, profitability, and risk analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Compliance & Audit: Maintain strong internal controls and assist with annual audits.
• Team & Systems Support: Guide junior staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and help enhance financial systems.
• Cash Flow: Monitor liquidity and support cash management activities.
• Projects: Contribute to exciting improvement initiatives and financial system upgrades.

What You Need

• Minimum 3-year finance degree
• Studying towards a postgraduate qualification or CIMA (advantageous)
• 5+ years' experience in management accounting
• Experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Logistics is highly preferred
