This role will report to the Head of Finance in JET division
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Partner in analysing management reports and financial performance of the division against its specific targets;
- Analyse standard monthly management reports and provide interpretation and commentary
- Support with year-end procedures and reports;
- Manage the budget, projection and 3-year plan process
- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports
- Preparation of Revamps and New store viabilities
- Preparation of month end presentation
- Review and preparation of financial reconciliation
- Capturing of monthly journals
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis
- Investigation and analysis of month end variance to budget/forecast
- Daily turnover split
- CEO and CFO financial pack updated
- Executive Trade commentary
- Stakeholder Relationships
- Support the Finance BP;
- Act as the interface between Finance and the business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive strong interactions and engagements across the finance operating model;
- Ensure the engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders within TFG
Qualifications and Experience:
- CIMA or CA equivalent is preferred
- 3-5 years post qualification experience, preferably in the trading environment
- Good understanding of the TFG business andinvestor strategy
- Good understanding of the frameworks andrequirements associated with the annual reporting outputs
- Very good knowledge of financial accounting and finance processes
Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable)
- Reconciliation and Analysis
- SAP Experience
- Accounting and Reporting
- Strong business communication skills with anability to work well in a collaborative environment with senior executives
- Ability to draftcommentary, analyse information to establish key messages, presentinformation both visually and written
