MVG Recruitment Specialists is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to recruit a dynamic Operational Leader who will drive strategic and operational excellence. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while ensuring compliance, risk management, and financial sustainability within a Closed Schemes environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
? Oversee financial management, identifying cost-saving opportunities
? Develop and implement operational plans to enhance service delivery
? Lead and support a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency
? Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to improve patient care outcomes
? Previous experience managing care teams within a managed care environment essential (Pre-Auth/ Case Management/ Escalated Queries)

Qualifications & Experience:
??Bachelor's degree / NQF Level 7 Clinical qualification with an Advanced Diploma
??Current registration with SANC/ HPCSA essential
??6+ years of experience in the Medical & Health industry
??3-5 years in Operational Leadership & Management
??Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Workforce Planning
