Maintenance Technician - Industrial Manufacturing | Night Shift | Zonnebeke

A well-established international manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its night shift operations. Based in the Zonnebeke region, Belgium, this hands-on role is critical to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of production machinery and industrial automation systems in a high-output industrial environment.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, resolving technical faults, and working closely with production teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled and solution-oriented individual who enjoys working independently while contributing to a high-performing operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, adjust, and optimise industrial machinery and robots during night shift operations.
• Perform planned and preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults using Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal.
• Provide clear feedback to team leaders and operators on machine interventions.
• Contribute to safety, efficiency, and reliability improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards and strictly adhere to safety policies.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or equivalent industrial experience.
• Practical knowledge of PLC systems, especially Siemens.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently on night shifts [Phone Number Removed]; on / 4 off).
• Willing to relocate to Belgium.
• Comfortable working in a rugged industrial setting.
