About the position

Purpose of the role:

• Mechanical and maintenance of plant

 

Minimum Requirements / Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ year experience in mechanical maintenance
• Management experience
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing construction machinery
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining construction site machinery
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery
• Diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plant machinery
• Minimising downtime and optimising performance
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in plant
