About the position
Maintenance Manager
Our client with property in the CBD area is looking for an experienced maintenance manager to join their team.
Candidates must have a tertiary qualification in Facilities Management (qualified electrician or plumber would be highly beneficial), as well as have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle as the role requires travel to different sites.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Schedule and conduct preventitive building maintenance
- Track budget expenses
- Liasing with contractors
- Inspections and progress reports
