About the position
Well established company based in Johannesburg South requires a Maintenance Manager for 2 facilities / factories. This position requires Applicants to have "maintenance experience on CNC machines" as well as "staff management skills".
Maintenance of production facilities over two premises in JHB South ie. CNC, mechanical, electrical, building work, plumbing, painting, machinery etc.
Management of a small maintenance team
Installation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and pneumatic hardware
Preventative and reactive maintenance of small and large machinery (CNC router, press brake, compressors, etc.)
Scheduling of regular maintenance tasks
General welding / manufacturing of steel structures
Record keeping and reporting
Prioritising, planning, ordering, and closing out maintenance tasks and projects
Requirements
Matric
Experience with CNC machinery
Experience in arc welding
Computer literacy with report writing abilities
Own transport - ability to travel between premises
Electrical knowledge
Strong management / inter-personnel skills and staff supervisory skills
Hands-on management style
Good communication and coordination skills
