• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities, with experience managing maintenance schedules, procurement requirements, stock control, documentation and operational priorities. Skilled in identifying electrical faults, coordinating repairs, maintaining preventative maintenance programmers and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards. Well suited to a hands-on Maintenance Manager role within a premium hospitality, agricultural or estate environment.

• Monitoring stock levels of electrical components, tools, consumables and maintenance supplies.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing.
• Supporting maintenance projects from initial planning through to completion and handover.
• Ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and according to required standards.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance across buildings, facilities, equipment and operational areas.
• Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance requirements.
