What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll play a key role in keeping the company's facilities and operational environment running efficiently. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing repairs and upkeep of the site, liaising with service providers, and ensuring that facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained. You'll respond to maintenance issues as they arise, plan preventative maintenance tasks, and support the operations team in maintaining a productive and well-organised working environment. Occasionally, you may also need to assist with urgent maintenance matters outside normal hours in the event of an emergency. A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle are required, and living close to the workplace will be advantageous. Being available to start soon would be beneficial.
