About the position

Our client, a leading manufacturing company operating within the explosives industry, is seeking technically minded, safety-conscious individuals to join their operations team.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, chemical operations, or machine operation who have a strong commitment to Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards and can perform effectively in a highly regulated environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, chemical operations, or industrial environment.
• Experience operating production machinery or industrial equipment will be advantageous.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Code 10 driver's licence (required for applicants applying for the driver position).
• Clear fingerprint/criminal record.
• Must be safety-conscious with a strong understanding of SHE principles and safe working practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in an explosive manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Must reside in Khayelitsha, Strand, Eerste River, or surrounding areas.
