About the position
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with general labour duties in the production area
- Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or irregularities
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations at all times
- Support team members and contribute to achieving production targets
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
Skills and Attributes

- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
