About the position

MACHINE MAINTENANCE (Semi-skilled Millwright/Millwright)REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Post matric training in Millwright and machine maintenance
- 3 Years experience in CNC maintenance environmentMAIN DUTIES
- Moving, levelling and commissioning of machines
- Attend to breakdowns on machines that included mechanical (ball screws, couplings, turrets, hydraulic components, etc.) electrical and electronic components beyond power supply
- Maintain all mechanical parts on plating plant
- Operate lathe, milling machine to grind, file and turn machine parts to dimensional specification
- Read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Fabricate covers etc. by means of welding, grinding and hammering
