About the position
We are assisting out client who is looking for an execution-focused M&A Associate for an immediate start to join their boutique advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
- Draft high-impact Information Memorandums (IMs) and Teaser documents.
- Build high-level financial models and valuation frameworks.
- Work with daily interaction alongside the execution team in India.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on M&A or corporate finance experience
- Registered CA(SA) / CFA Levels (current)
- Strong track record in deal documentation and analytical modelling
