Logistics Dispatch & Receiving Coordinator

About the position

Key Responsibilities (Warehouse based)

Logistics & Dispatch:

• Dispatch approximately 100 customer parcels daily.
• Generate and attach waybills for all outgoing shipments.
• Log shipments with courier companies.
• Record and maintain accurate dispatch documentation.
• Track parcels to ensure timely delivery.
• Investigate delayed, lost, or undelivered parcels and resolve issues with courier companies.
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery status and provide updates where required.

Receiving:

• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery documentation.
• Complete a Goods Received Note (GRN).

Other:

• When possible, support periodic stock takes and inventory counts.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or receiving role preferred.
• Experience working with courier companies and waybills is advantageous.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
