About the position
Our International Client is looking for a French Speaking Logistic Coordinator to join their team.
Please note that this is a 6-month temporary (maternity cover) position.
Requirements:
- French Fluency is a must
- Relevant Degree (minimum)
- Knowledge of Export Documentation / Legislative framework
- Knowledge of Incoterms
The Role:
Process shipping and invoice instructions daily
Ensure the accuracy of freight costs on invoices
Manage all ageing stock at the warehouse
Primary point of contact with freight forwarders and logistics agents
Ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors
Analyse monthly reports and communicate lead time variances to the sales team
Run logistic reports (sales, lead times, loading schedules)
Completion of the Monthly Freight Forwarder provisions.
Letters of Credit
Quarterly review of target lead times
Conduct bi-annual analysis and review of logistics freight costs.
