About the position
LOAD AND HAUL MANAGER
Overview: The Load and Haul Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and optimization of the load and haul operations within the mining environment. This role ensures the achievement of production targets in a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible manner while maintaining compliance with company standards, the Mine Health and Safety Act, and other statutory requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering
An Open Cast Blasting ticket
Mine Manager’s Certificate will be advantageous
10 Years Operational experience in Mine Planning and Open Cast Mining
