About the position
An exciting opportunity available for a Live-In Au Pair based in Greyton. We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and proactive Live-in Au Pair to join our family in the picturesque village of Greyton. This role is ideal for a single person, a young couple without children (where one partner can work remotely), or an older person/couple who enjoys working with children and can provide hands-on support in a dynamic household.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Childcare:
- Preparing children for school each day
- Driving or walking children to and from school and extra-mural activities
- Assisting with homeschool support and homework supervision
- Engaging children in educational and creative activities
- Household Tasks:
- Light housekeeping duties related to the children
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children
- General Assistance:
- Supporting parents with day-to-day errands
- Providing additional childcare support as needed
- Assisting with flexible tasks in and around the home
REQUIREMENTS:
- Single person or a couple (without children; remote work compatible for one partner)
- Friendly, responsible, and adaptable
- Preferably with experience in childcare, teaching, or homeschooling
- Valid driver's license essential
- Must enjoy a quiet, nature-filled village lifestyle
