About the position
? Ensure that all products produced, packed and dispatched from production, dry store,
freezer and cold store are quality checked and labelled as per procedure.
? Manage line quality controllers and ensure that sufficient resources are available.
? Ensure that the computers, printers etc. are fully operational at all times.
? Provide ongoing training, guidance and supervision to subordinates.
? Reports to Food Safety & Quality Manager.
Qualifications
? Minimum Gr 12
? Food Safety and / or Quality training certificates an advantage
? Quality control experience in the food industry for a minimum of 2 years
? Computer skills
