Life Science Sales & Office Representative
Overview: A Life Science Sales & Office Representative to assist with tenders, quotations, admin precision, and sales — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fastmoving environment, and communicates with confidence.
Duties:
• Manage tenders & quotations with accuracy and speed
• Provide sales and support and follow up on leads
• Deliver professional, communication across phone, email, and client visits
• Maintain and grow industry relationships
• Apply your Life Science knowledge to assist clients with product queries
• Keeps CRM, logs, and reports up to date for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Life Science qualification (Biotech, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
• Strong office/admin skills — especially with tenders and quotations
• Sales experience (industry experience not required)
• A very wellspoken, confident communication style
• Knowledge of Life Science suppliers and industry players (advantageous)
• MS Office and CRM tools
• A selfdriven personality — able to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Own reliable transport
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work from a home office (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel to clients and suppliers when needed
Remuneration:
