About the position
Are you a skilled and detail-oriented legal professional seeking a dynamic role in Foreclosures? We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team, specialising in Foreclosures.
Minimum Requirements
· Completed Matric.
· Min of 5 years previous experience in Banking Foreclosures.
· Ability to handle at least 100 foreclosure files independently.
· Ability to function on CaseLines and CourtOnline
Experience Required
· Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation.
· Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
· Ability to adhere to strict turnaround times.
· Ability to consult with banks and debtors.
· Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players.
Skill Requirements
· Persuasive communication skills.
· Administratively strong.
· Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Previous experience in working on GhostPractice legal software, SB Legal and CACS will be an advantage.
