About the position
Are you an experienced Legal Bookkeeper with Lexpro proficiency and a (preferably) a background in conveyancing? Join a well established and reputable law firm in Menlo Park, specialising in Conveyancing, Notary, Property and Contractual Law.
Hours: 08h00 - 15h00 Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Draw bank statements from the system daily;
- Conduct recons of trust account and business account on a weekly basis;
- Issue guarantees;
- Attend to VAT and PAYE in consultation with auditors;
- Keep all filing up to date on a daily basis;
- Issue payslips;
Requirements:
- Understanding of the Lexpro bookkeeping system;
- Someone with a strong moral character and emotional intelligence (NB);
- Available from 08h00 – 15h00 from Monday to Friday;

The final remuneration package offered by the employer will be determined based on market standards, considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
